Everything happens for a reason. Life's super great after ORD-ing. played my whole way through the month
of December and had a great countdown to 2013. Spent the days mahjong-ing, going out, hanging out with
friends, late night supper and quality time together with my dearest. Countdown to 2013 brings back many
nostalgic moments as i counted down with the same group of friends. We counted down together almost every year, reaffirming that we have and are friends for so long. It's a great feeling to see them, to go crazy,
scream and shout. It doesn't matter how much we embarrassed ourselves because at the end of the day,
we just need to laugh it off. Every embarrassing moment strengthens the bonds we share. So thank you friends!

Mahjong session has a been a joy to me in every way. I look forward to every one of them, because there will be so much laughter, crazy moments and dumb things that we say while we play, especially with my usual kakis. Gosh, each time we play, it's just crazy. Even my parents had to come in to ask us to lower our voices when we play at night.

Then came January when everybody starts working and it became extremely boring to stay at home. Facing
the computer for hours and watching shows after shows just seem so lifeless and thus, I began job-hunting. I kinda rejected er 5 job offers, mainly cause i didn't want to work for CNY kind of event and neither of the
jobs offered to me was interesting. Admin was kinda boring in a way and to a certain extent, i tried to avoid it. Ended up working in Citibank and it's been a pleasure working there. The colleagues are nice and there
is food / coffee every other day. Friends met there were funny and nice to talk to.

Happy Chinese New Year to everybody! And monkeys and snake is a no go. Reading those sayings from
temples etc says that monkeys health would be super poor these year. And true to an extent, cause i had
fever and a super bad sorethroat just after CNY. Great.

Despite all the weekdays being burnt up due to work, i still find time to hang out with friends and my love ones. The occassional coldstone and dinner with friends were great. We had a great laugh, shared some
life experiences and just being there for each other.
Time spent with family to me, is super important. I'll try to at least go out for dinner with them at least one of the weekends. We'll drive to places with nice food and try them out. Quality time spent there.
Not forgetting my dearest who will rant to me every once in a while about her work. I'm glad that until now, we still text each other like ever before and continue to surprise each other in so many unique ways. I love
the bond that we share. Cliche as it sounds, my girlfriend and my best friend.

It's a restless Sunday today. Some quiet and alone time to myself to pack up my room, organised my documents on my laptop, catch a movie and a nice nap. Not too shabbbyyyy.

4 working days these weeks. Oh yea!
